Build a menu around your service
Organise dishes into categories such as starters, main courses and drinks. Add descriptions, prices and photos to each product. Set allergen information using ingredients your kitchen has verified.
If your existing list is in Excel or CSV, import it, match the columns and check the preview. Imported products enter the draft first. You publish separately when the menu is ready for guests.
Review changes before guests see them
Editing a draft price does not immediately change the menu a guest sees. Check the selected branch and preview, then publish. Guests reopening the same QR link will reach the updated menu.
Before evening service, for example, you can change a dish's price or hide a product that is unavailable that day. Publish when the changes are ready. As long as the QR code points to the same menu address, it does not need reprinting.
Follow table requests on a service screen
Guests using a table QR code can call a waiter or request the bill. Your team can see which table needs help on a phone or tablet paired with the business.
These tools support communication during service. Quarmenu does not currently offer ordering from the menu or online payments; your existing ordering and payment process continues to apply.
Manage branches and team access
For multiple locations, review prices and publication in the context of each branch. Invite staff with appropriate permissions so that everyone does not need the same management access.
- Select the branch and check prices and product availability.
- Review the menu on a phone before publishing.
- Scan a table QR code and test the service request on a real device.
Common questions
Do guests need an account?
No. The menu opens in their phone browser. Viewing it does not require an account or an app download.
Does every table need a separate QR code?
A general menu QR code is enough to display the menu. Use table QR codes when you need to identify which table sent a service request.
